Shrimp   400 Gram
Rice 100 Gram
Bread crumbs / Breading - 2 tbsp
Olive oil 1-2 tbsp
Parmesan   2 tbsp
Parsley 1 tbsp

How to make Tomatoes Stuffed with Rice and Shrimps

  • If the shrimp is frozen, then defrost them in cold water. I took the peeled shrimp.  Rinse, dip in boiling salted water and cook for 3-4 minutes from the moment of boiling

  • You can take any rice. I took this mix: Canadian wild, French black and Indian Basmati.
  • Cook rice.

  • Add chopped shrimps to rice. Breadcrumbs, slightly beaten raw egg, parsley and ground ginger (slightly, on the tip of a knife)

  • Rinse strong tomatoes (should be sufficiently ripe), cut off the cap and cut the pulp with seeds.
  • Stuff with the prepared filling, sprinkle with oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan on top.
