The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2009 by a user Dime, titled "Hot Tomato and Shrimp Appetizer" and illustrated by me in the framework of the "Coloring" action.

Ingredients

Tomato    8 ps
Shrimp   400 Gram
Rice 100 Gram
Bread crumbs / Breading - 2 tbsp
Olive oil 1-2 tbsp
Parmesan   2 tbsp
Parsley 1 tbsp
Salt

How to make Tomatoes Stuffed with Rice and Shrimps

  • If the shrimp is frozen, then defrost them in cold water. I took the peeled shrimp.  Rinse, dip in boiling salted water and cook for 3-4 minutes from the moment of boiling

  • You can take any rice. I took this mix: Canadian wild, French black and Indian Basmati.
  • Cook rice.
