Healthy Shrimp Layered Salad recipe

This salad is mostly improvisation, as I was planning to make a Healthy Shrimp Layered Salad recipe, but there were no crackers on hand, and I didn’t have time to make them.

So I decided to improvise and moved away a bit from the recipe of the original.

The result exceeded all my expectations, the salad turned out very tasty juicy In simple word everyone loved the dish

Ingredients -


Cucumber 2 ps
eggs chicken 4
Cheese 200 Gram
Crab sticks 200 Gram
Boiled shrimps 200 Gram
Fresh herbs Mayonnaise 6-8 Tbs
Salt

I did not have to add salt and pepper salad, all the ingredients themselves are quite salty, and for this reason, you cannot add spices.


How to make Healthy Shrimp Layered Salad recipe


  • First, we need to prepare all the ingredients. Boil chicken eggs and rub them on a coarse grater.  


  • Boil the shrimp. To do this, we lower them for 3 minutes into salted water, and then we take them out of the water and let them cool.

  • Crab sticks finely chop, no matter the straw or squares, the main thing that finely.


  • Grate cheese.

  • With a cucumber cut ass (I still peeled) and rub on a coarse grater.

  • The very first layer lay out the grated cucumber, it is not necessary to pickle it, because it can make juice.

  • On top of the cucumber lay out half of the grated egg.


  • The third layer is grated cheese. We spread out half of the workpiece. We grease with mayonnaise.

  • The next layer lay out the crab sticks.

  • Sprinkle crab sticks with the second half of grated eggs.

  • The final layer is shrimp. Peeled prawns put on top of the greens. To keep the shrimp, you can make mayonnaise points and attach the shrimp on them.
