15 large shrimps (500 g)
2-3 cloves of garlic
2 medium-sized tomatoes or 200 g of tomato paste diluted with water
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil

How to make the Shrimp recipes tomato sauce

Step - 1 First sprinkle the shrimp with salt and pepper. Set aside and let the shrimp marinate for about 10 minutes. Then boil them in salted water until cooked (the shrimps turn light pink), suck and clean. Remember that shrimp are cooked very quickly, so be careful when cooking them, so as not to digest.

Step - 2 Peel, wash and chop the onion into cubes. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for a couple of minutes over medium heat. Now add garlic, salt, and black pepper. Roast another 3 minutes. Meanwhile, grate the tomatoes. 

Step - 3 Add the tomato to the pan when the onion turns golden. Roast everything on high heat for a couple more minutes.

Step - 4 After that, transfer the shrimp to the pan with tomato sauce and onions and mix well. Simmer the dish on low heat for 10-15 minutes.

Step - 5 Serve hot shrimps with tomato sauce and garlic. This basic side dish can be served with fried rice, pasta or noodles.
