How to make Boiled shrimps for beer recipe


Step 1 - Cooking shrimp. To do this, put them in a colander and let drain water. After that, wash the shrimp with running water and wash away all the dirt from them, because it is not known in what conditions they were stored until frozen.

Step 2 - Select the size of the pan in which the shrimp will boil, pour water into it and put it on the stove. Water should be about 2 times more in volume than the shrimp so that the shrimp were completely covered with water and free floated in it.

Step 3 - Add salt to water (I usually take 1.5-2 tablespoons of salt per 1 liter of water), dill, bay leaf, cloves, allspice, black pepper, spices for fish or seafood. In general, a set of spices for cooking can be varied.

Step 4 - If you are a gourmet and love different tastes, you can add 3-4 peeled garlic cloves or a piece of ginger. Bring the pot of water and spices to a boil.  While the water is boiling, take a lemon, cut it in half and squeeze out the juice.
