Ingredients Healthy shrimp fried rice recipe

Long grain rice – 250 Gram
Peeled boiled shrimps – 300 Gram
Chicken broth - 2.5 cups
Ginger (fresh) - 1 piece
Garlic - 3 cloves
Onion - 1 pc
Bay leaf - 2 pc
Carnation - 2 buds
Curry powder - 1/3 Tsp
Sweet pepper - 1 pc
Carrots - 1 pc
Tomato - 2 pc
Parsley (or cilantro) – 60 Gram
Salt
Vegetable oil

How to cook Healthy shrimp fried rice recipe

Step 1 - Wash rice and soak in cold water for about an hour. Then drain on a sieve and allow water to drain.

Sweet peppers, tomatoes, and carrots to clear, cut into cubes. Chop the onion finely; finely chop the garlic and ginger.

Step 2 - In a frying pan with a thick bottom (can be in a wok or cauldron), heat up about 4 tbsp. oil, add onions and fry until transparent.

Then add to the onion garlic, ginger, ground clove buds, bay leaf, mix and heat for about a minute, stirring constantly.

Make sure the spices do not burn. Sprinkle over the curry powder and stir.
