Shrimp - 250 Grams Large
Rice noodles - 100 Gram
Carrots - 2 small
Cucumber - 1 medium
Green onions - 3
Half red onion
Black sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Honey - 1 tbsp
Lime juice - 1/4 cup
Water -1/4 cup
Vegetable oil - 1/4 cup
Rice wine vinegar - 1 tbsp
Salt freshly ground black pepper

How to make spring roll salad

@Step 1 - Boil the water in a saucepan. Put the rice noodles and cook for 5 minutes, until tender. Throw in a colander, and then rinse with cold water. Cool it down.

@Step 2 - Peel the shrimp shell, remove the head and tail. Cut along the back with a sharp knife and remove the dark vein.

@Step 3 - Boil water in a skillet, salt and boil the shrimp until cooked, 2 min. Cool it down.

@Step 4 - For dressing, clean the ginger and grate on a fine grater. Mix all the ingredients of the refill in a jar with a screw cap and shake well.

@Step 5 - Peel the carrots and cut into thin straws or grate on a Korean carrot grater. Chop the onion diagonally. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and slice it.

Coarsely chop the cilantro leaves. Red onion cut into thin quarters of rings. Put the vegetables and herbs in a bowl.
