Ingredients


Udon noodles - 400 Gram
Chicken egg - 2 pieces
Soy sauce - 75 ml
Leek - 1 piece
Peeled boiled shrimp - 6 pieces
Bean sprouts - ¼ cup
Tofu - 110 Gram
Lime - 1 piece
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Roasted Peanuts - 2 tablespoons

How to cook Fried udon noodles with shrimp tofu and leek


Step1 - Cook noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until soft. Drain and rinse under cold water.
