Singapore Noodles Recipe

Ingredients


Cilantro leaves - 4 g
Pork - 160 g
Shrimp - 160 g
Red Chili - 40 g
Thin rice noodles - 280 g
Chili - 28 g
Onion - 40 g
Bean sprouts - 80 g
Shiitake Mushrooms - 40 g
Eggs chicken - 4
Sauce spells - 80 g
Vegetable oil - 50 ml
Light soy sauce - 8 ml
Curry powder - 20 g
Oyster sauce - 40 ml
Ground white pepper - 0.8 g
Chili Powder - 4 g
Lime 60 - g

How to cook Singapore noodles recipe


Step1 - Roll the pork in sauce and fry - on the grill, as the Cantonese do, or just in a frying pan.
