Quinoa and Chicken Soup

Integrands for Quinoa and Chicken Soup

Hot sauce - 1/2 cup
Butter - 2 tablespoons
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Chicken breasts - 2
Red onion - 1
Celery - 2 cups
Carrot - 1 cup
Small potatoes - 2
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Dried dill - 2 teaspoons
Heavy cream - 1 cup
Chicken broth - 3 cups
Quinoa - 2/3 cup
Green onions

How to cook Quinoa and Chicken Soup

Step1 - In a small saucepan over low heat melt the butter and mix with spicy sauce and apple cider vinegar then put aside.

Step3 - Now add carrots, celery, and onions then stir cook for 5 minutes. Add potatoes, dill, paprika, and garlic. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Pour into bowls and serve with onions, cilantro, and blue cheese.
