Ingredient for Mexican shrimp salad recipe


Lime with zest - 2 Pieces
Orange peel - 4 pieces
Salt
Freshly ground pepper - 1/4 Tsp
Shrimp - 330 Grams
Tomato Paste
Cayenne pepper – 1 tsp
Red onions - 2 Pieces
Tomato - 1 Piece
Lettuce leaves - 8 pieces
Avocado - 1 Piece 

How to make Mexican shrimp salad recipe

@Step 1 - Put 1 juice of lime in a large saucepan and add zest, 1 l of water, 3 tablespoons of orange juice and orange zest, Jamaican pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper.

@Step 2 - Boil Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes.

@Step 3 - Prepare a bowl of ice water. Add shrimp to boiling water and cook until pink, about 3 minutes.
